Hiring VIP Day

Our proven hiring process, customized to your unique business, in just one day.

The Hiring VIP Day is where we co-create your custom hiring process in a single day. After our session, you'll have everything you need to recruit, interview, and hire your dream team member – and then put it on repeat when you're ready to hire again.

How It Works:

First, we’ll have you do 20-30 minutes of pre-work in prep for our session.

Then we spend 4 hours together hammering out the details of your made-for-you hiring process starting with a custom job description for the position you're hiring for right now.

We discuss best recruiting practices, where to find your ideal candidates, how to format your "Careers" page on your website, and how to write a job posting that people are excited to read and apply for!

Next, we craft your signature interviewing process, go over interview dos and don'ts, and create the best questions to ask candidates to ensure a great fit. We also walk through my proven interview templates and discuss what topics and questions to avoid during the interview process to stay out of hot legal water.

Finally, we wrap up your Hiring VIP Day with how to make a verbal offer, customize your offer letter, and decline candidates with compassion. We also review hiring requirements for your state to ensure you start your journey off in compliance.

After our session, I spend a few days customizing and finalizing all your documents. I organize them in a shared folder, create a "next steps" plan so you know exactly what to do, and tie it all up with a hyper-linked Table of Contents so you can easily find any document in your folder.

Once you receive your final deliverables (usually within 10 business days), you also receive 45 days of email support where you can ask me any follow-up or clarifying questions and one 30-minute SOS call for that moment when voice-to-voice is a MUST!
